Historic hotel: You get what you pay (low price, low standard) though acceptable value: outdoor pool, breakfast and parking included. In hot days also AC (central only from 13-4am). Facade looks horrible and the furniture gets you back to 1980 or so. They really need an investor but the whole Montecantini area seems to have over capacity as even it's high season August, all rates all over are low. Rooms okay but old (renewed floor) Breakfast just one word: skip it! Just okay for one night if you need to stay in the area...

Nice place, only complaint is they should think about refrigerators for the rooms. A/C worked great, had to turn it down. This is refreshing cause I'm normally warm all the time. Super nice high end place, decent restaurant next door, it's attached to the hotel, but it closes early. Due to the excessive amount of rain they have gotten this Spring like many other places I noted a good pressure washing would do wonders. But I highly recommend this place for a nice reasonable place to stay while you vacation.

Terrible location, looked like an abandoned place. Didn’t stay there, got a taxi to a better hotel. Still had to pay, but wouldn’t risk this location. Do not book this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and has yogurt, eggs, bread, butter, jelly, pastries, cereal, milk, and they make you your choice of coffee. I would say the beds were a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. However the view of the lake made up for it. It was stunning at night and during the day.

The best thing about this hotel is leaving it. Needs renovating and cleaning. Strong smell of urine in bed. Very basic continental breakfast. Seems to be more of a stop over for construction workers. Didn't feel safe here at all. Nasty experience. Avoid at all costs.

Everything about this hotel is very classic yet very modern at the same time. Each room comes with a queen and a twin sized bed perfect for three-four people. This room is very clean and we have not found any problems with the room. Sleeping ogernight has been a pleasure. The view right oustide the rooms is amazing. There's a beautiful lake with a small fountain. There is a nice trail to go walking if you ever get bored (doubtful).

This hotel is not more than 2 stars. There was no standard in room at all. Wall paper was coming off everywhere. Toilet seat was cracked so when u sit on that , skin gets trapped in it so it was v tricky to use the wc. Room needed a good dusting. One of the socket was broken and it was v dangerous to use it, but no sign was there. 1 socket wasn't working. Room was v dark even in daytime. Fountain outside is an additional attraction but water stinks so u cant even come out for a FRESH walk. Overall , disappointed as i was been told it's a 3 star hotel.
